Our wedding menus are exclusive to our brides, they have been developed through years of consulting with brides and of course our research into food trends and American wedding trends. We believe we cover everything you need; however, you may prefer a more bespoke service and we would be happy to help you create and plan your perfect wedding menu. We are not strangers to theme weddings and can plan an authentic menu for your theme as evident in our own creation stations.
We are happy to cater for all dietary requirements, including vegetarian alternatives for most food. For food intolerance and serious allergies, we can prepare special food for your guests who suffer from these or provide them with a menu matrix so they can navigate the buffet with ease.
Diamond Cold Buffet Option; Who doesn’t love a great buffet? You will be delighted with this menu and it will impress your friends and family. Have you seen what’s on the menu? This is no ordinary traditional buffet, this is a SUPER Buffet created especially to bring memorable food to a memorable day.
3 Course Meal Option; This option feels like silver service, but is more cost effective. Instead of waiters bringing the food to your guests, your guests will be asked to attend the buffet, one table at a time, this reduces queuing and wait time. Many of your guests and yourself may have experienced this popular type of service used in hotels, country clubs and the like. This hot food menu is made up of some of our most popular dishes made fresh to order from scratch using our very own tried and true recipes. We’ve added exceptional starters and delightful desserts to round off a lovely 3-course meal. Coffee & Mints are also available.
Food Stations; This is a trendy way to do weddings and if you like a bit of drama, this is by far the best way to do it. All our stations are manned by our fabulously helpful, cheerful staff, suited and booted in their wedding uniform. Wedding guests love having choices and the best thing about stations is your guests can try it all or just some, they get to choose what they want to eat and this makes guests happy and they will be talking about your party for years to come.
