About Sherwood Carriages
Sherwood Carriages are the North West specialists in horse drawn carriage hire and we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest possible standards. We believe that not only should our carriages meet with your expectations, but also our service and professional preparation of the horses and the drivers.

Main Highlights
We offer black Friesians or white Lipizzaners in singles , teams of two or four. We can also provide outriders on request.

A selection of carriages are available including black, white, Maroon plus an original Victorian hearse.

Our carriage turnouts, professionally prepared by our teams of grooms, are completed with our large selection of different coloured plumes and drapes.

Our horses are experienced in all types of carriage work and specifically trained by professional carriage drivers.

All our drivers and grooms are trained and experienced coachmen and wear appropriate traditional livery.

Sherwood Carriages have full public liability insurance.

We are compliant with current legislation relating to the transportation and care of our horses.

Our fleet of horse drawn carriages and modern horse boxes are maintained on a regular basis.

From our base in Newton Le Willows, Merseyside, we are able to supply horse and carriages for your wedding, funeral or special occasions anywhere including Liverpool, Wigan, St Helens, Warrington and Manchester.
