In addition to the Fayre, we are also planning to work with a select number of suppliers to create the Alternative Wedding Consortium. Members of the consortium will work together to provide niche packages for customers in addition to cross promoting the services/products of other members. During these difficult financial times, collaboration is the key to success. We would like to encourage collaborative working in this sector whilst offering a one stop shop for couples. The Alternative Wedding Fayre will be a one day extravaganza that not only showcases the highest standard of wedding suppliers but will also include entertainment, fashion shows and giveaways. It is a guaranteed day of enjoyment for any bride. The Alternative Wedding Fayre is being run in partnership with Changekitchen, Paragon Hotel and The Wedding Club.
The Alternative Wedding Fayre will be the first of its kind held in Birmingham. It will feature a vast selection of hand-picked exhibitors who have ethical values and/or supply services or products tailored to an ethnic audience. The unusual, different, distinctive and unique will also be highlighted.
The event is being held to provide an alternative to main stream Wedding Fayre’s that typically do not cater to the ethically conscious or ethnic bride. It will also provide an opportunity for mainstream brides to add something a little different to their special days. The event has been created in direct response to the demand of brides for Wedding Fayre’s that cater to their specific needs. Aspire4u Event Management has conducted extensive research in this area and know that we have found a real niche. There is already a buzz amongst brides-to-be we have informed of the event. We anticipate around 250 guests in attendance throughout the day. |
