After the success of our last event The
Great North Wedding & Home Show in February, I am writing to let you know
of our next event, on Sunday 24th September 2006 11 am to 4.30 pm at the fabulous Marriott Newcastle Gosforth
Park Hotel, 11 am to 4.30 pm. We will be going all out to make this
a huge success from here on in, we aim to establish it as ‘The Free Wedding Show’.for Brides.
This will soon be classed as a must attend event for all North East
wedding companies, so we would like to offer previous exhibitors at our last
event the opportunity to secure their stand at this exclusive venue.
Please
note, we anticipate this affordable show being very popular with exhibitors in
future and that demand will mean there are very few spaces available for new
exhibitors at the future events held here.
We have already attracted major interest
from Brides who wish to attend and have already been approached by some of the
regions top wedding companies who want to take advantage of this unique and
rare opportunity to promote themselves at one of the regions premier venues.
This is the first time in a number of
years that there has been a Wedding Show at the Marriott Newcastle, it may be
better known to you as simply The Gosforth Park Hotel. We now have an exclusive
agreement with Marriott Hotels who were impressed by references we had received
about attendance, marketing and organisation of previous events. We in fact
already have our Spring event scheduled already for Sunday 14th January 2007.
We will have fashion shows with
professional models featuring the very latest in Bridalwear, Menswear and
Mother of the Bride for 2007 season.
The events main room will be The
Grandstand Suite which is only surpassed in size by The Grosvenor Hotel in
It is being promoted in glossy
publications like ‘Your Wedding’, (full back page, see advert
attached),’National Weddings’ magazine, as well as many diverse
areas such as popular wedding websites, like our own www.weddingpages.co.uk which receives
millions of hits per month, email and text messaging to a huge database of
Brides. The ‘Your Wedding’ magazines will also be distributed free
via our network of exhibitors to over twelve thousand Brides in the area, this
highlights FREE admission for all visitors.
With 12,000 copies of the ‘Your
Wedding’ magazine featuring our full page advert (attached) on the back
cover being distributed since April have had a full 6 months
of promotional activity as opposed to two months at our previous event,
meaning attendance should be huge.
To encourage this even more, admission
to Brides will be totally FREE and
there is FREE parking too.
For exhibitors there will be complimentary
refreshments on the day as usual. All of the aforementioned combined is unheard
of for a Wedding event including a professional fashion show.
